My product packing dream

I have a goal, to go overseas with only a carry-on. Yes, really.

Wait, give me a minute, I can’t type when I am doubled over in laughter!!!

The issues for me are two-fold: above my neck and below my ankles. In other words... skin/hair products and shoes. I was recently on a Mexico getaway with friends (10 of us); half were men so their shoe and skincare issues were simple, at worst.  Of my gal-pals there was one that wore the perfect light brown sandal with everything, and looked fab. Why can’t I do that? I could easily cut down to three pairs of shoes, two if I left my work-out shoes at home and walked bare-foot on the beach or swam every morning as my workout. Think of how much room I would have for InFlight Skincare products!! However, to date, the reality always ends up being that I have a carry-on FULL of products... to the point of ridiculous. Obviously, this is the impediment to my "carry-on" dream.

Having said all that, here's my new packing strategy:

Skincare AM
1. Cleanser
2. SPF moisturizing sunscreen (mixed with a little foundation)
3. Eye cream sample

Skincare PM
1. PM eye make-up remover pads
2. Cleanser
3. Moisture samples
4. Eye cream samples

All this will fit in an itsy-bitsy bag.

1. Foundation (refer to #2 in AM above)
2. Eyes - 2 pencils, brow and eye small palette of neutral shadows
3. Concealer
4. Mascara
5. Blush
6. Gloss

(I really don’t believe I can do this without a panic attack!)

Ok, I give here! I am going to buy a travel pack from Deva Curl and call it good! Take do-dads to keep it up between washings.

I know for all but probably one of you this is a no-brainer, but for me it will be harder than passing up birthday cake.
